Just email the contact in the Leadership/Contact section and you should receive an email in one or two days confirming your membership.
If you wish to be a part of our parent society, you will need to fill out the application form on the main SIAM website. You will

You will not recieve Rice SIAM Student Chapter notifications and invitations if you only join the main society.
